Bertrand Duchaufour's career began in 1985 at Lautier florasynth in Grasse, where he integrated into the Paris team, working alongside Jean.Louis Sieuzac, Michel Almairac, and Dominique Ropion, and participated in several major projects. He then worked for ten years in the fragrance division of Créations Aromatiques and Symrise, creating many successful perfumes. In 2008, he became an independent perfumer and focused on the niche perfume market, during which he created several major series for Artisan Parfumeur, known to the world for its Cedar Rain series.
